I love to flow. In my yoga practice I look for expression of feelings from the inside, where I lose myself in a state of flow and connect with the deepest part of me.I firmly believe that anyone can practice yoga – you just have to start where you are and do what you can. We can all experience yoga on and off the mat and reap its benefits in all areas of our lives.
For me, yoga is a powerful healing tool to release the tensions and find the body-mind-spirit connection, locate space in the body which ultimately leads to space in the head.
“The yoga pose is not the goal. Becoming flexible is not the goal. Standing on your hands is not the goal. The goal is to create space where you were once stuck. To unveil the layers of protection you’ve built around your heart. To appreciate your body and become aware of the mind and the noise it creates. To make peace with who you are. The goal is to love, well…You. Come to your yoga mat to feel not to accomplish. Shift your focus and your heart will grow.”
