They say you don’t find yoga but yoga finds you when the time is right. I first started practicing yoga when I moved from London to Hong Kong in 2011, the hustle and bustle of the big city made me look for ways to calm down and yoga gave me exactly that and so much more. During my years in the corporate world, yoga mat has always been the place of finding peace, clarity, space and joy. Yoga became a way of living rather than just an exercise. I decided to dive deeper and learn from the source so I went to India to immerse myself in daily practice and learning the wisdom of yogic philosophy. After coming back to Hong Kong, I felt the need to share yoga with others so teaching has become a natural progression. I wanted others to experience what yoga gave me: freedom, clarity, acceptance, patience, resilience, self-love, compassion and creative expression.
